To help secure this feedstock, Nereus has a special agricultural team that can help biodiesel manufacturers grow their own feedstock from alternative crops like jatropha and also can supply and build oil seed extraction plants. Our team has expertise in both reforestation and agriculture crop development and will:

Help with development of       plantations.	Assess the possibility of       Inter-cropping increasing       crop diversify production       possibilities.
Develop harvest and post       harvest management system.
Help develop post harvest       crop storage.	Help develop waste and       byproduct solutions from       the waste that is produced       from crop production and       harvest.
Determine if the project can be       classified  as reforestation       making it applicable for       possible CERs (Certified       Emissions Reduction Carbon       Credits).

Oil Extraction:

Nereus has team of experts to deliver the right type of extraction plant that will meet your needs. Nereus can supply small manual extraction plants to large hexane extraction plants for almost any oil seed crop including palm. For large plants, we will can also design and install anaerobic digesters which can capture the methane gas, safely depose the organic waste and create electrical generation to run your plant or sale to the grid.
